Personalities as brand ambassadors

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group is one of the largest media companies in Europe and operates 15 television stations. In addition, the group also includes many other digital businesses. ProSiebenSat.1 is a listed company and employs around 3,500 staff in twelve countries. SIRUP was responsible for the creation, conception and technical implementation of its employer branding campaign, job portal and the new ProSiebenSat.1 career portal.

Career portal combines online communications with authenticity

The new career website delivers a responsive layout for all current mobile and desktop systems based on Drupal. The focus is placed on the employees in a very personal fashion. The testimonials integrated into the concept and the direct addressing of users, as equals, provide vibrancy. An intuitive and clear user guidance ensures usability.

SIRUP developed an individual flat design that is able to impress at an international level: the innovative creative concept works with moving images in key areas to provide an authentic impression of ProSiebenSat.1. The conceptual and artistic chunking and scrollytelling in the form of a modern one-pager provides an explorative introduction to the content as the starting point for the user experience. The user recognizes the key information extremely quickly and can delve deeper into whichever individual elements they find interesting at any time. This concept therefore utilizes some of the most successful elements of modern online communication to meet the communicative expectations of any major player in the digital domain. The technical implementation of the new career portal also proves that ProSiebenSat.1 is, and can do, "more than just television."

Intuitive operation: (mobile) applications in just a few easy steps

The careers section is supplemented by a new job portal, which is characterized by a compelling candidate experience. The intuitive design, the highly targeted navigation guidance in the search for an appropriate position and the transparent application process – all of this contrasts positively with the narrative presentation of the employer brand on the career portal.

Employer branding campaign: employees as the showcase

A comprehensive positioning of the employer brand and development of an EVP (Employer Value Proposition) provide the substantive basis of the concept. The appeal and the creative concept consistently follow the employer branding strategy of ProSiebenSat.1, at the center of which its culture – shaped by digital media, development opportunities and an open approach – is represented authentically. The website conveys ProSiebenSat.1's brand message of a "space for fascinating people" to the target audience and brings its appreciation of its employees to life.

The project was executed by SIRUP in collaboration with the international brand expert Oliver Viel (www.oliverviel.com), who complemented the team, particularly in the areas of employer branding, EVP, creative ideas and process planning.
