Students take a tour of their future professions

A trip to reality

Do I want to help solve future energy problems or rather help sick people? Should I learn a trade or do 'something with media'?

Berliner students on the verge of graduation can use the web portal BES:T Conquest to get information about future career paths and find the best way to realize their professional goals. A matching tool playfully assesses personality traits, career aspirations and goals to suggest fields that might offer the best fit.

BES:T Conquest doesn't just help career beginners get an overview of their options: at the center of the program are tours that allow students to experience their future job in practice. Companies like Siemens, the S-Bahn Berlin and rbb broadcasting use BES:T Conquest to help give students a glimpse of what their future could look like.

Individual access to a protected area for students and their teachers makes planning a tour uncomplicated and without needless bureaucracy. Additionally, schools get feedback about their students' areas of interest and can offer support and guidance where it is most effective.
