Phineo is an independent analysis and consulting firm for effective social engagement. Potential donors can find out about select charitable organizations on phineo.org. Credibility and transparency play a decisive role when making donations. In order to ensure both, non-profit organizations are required to submit to a comprehensive application process.
To make this process more efficient, SIRUP and Phineo developed a web-based system that maps the individual steps of an application. The application tool provides the basis for an exchange of information between applicants and Phineo and is integrated into the system architecture of Phineo - in this way internal processes can be similarly automated and constantly improved. The data collected about the organizations in the process of applying are imported into a CRM system where they can be utilized and maintained. Files uploaded by the applicants can be edited using the existing document management system. In order to be able to use the digital information in analog form or in other systems, a PDF and Word export function was integrated that prepares data for printing or processing.
